The Role

We’re looking for an Account Lead to own go-to-market strategy and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of consumer brands.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary strategic partner for clients—guiding brand positioning, channel decisions, forecasting, and operational planning. You’ll work closely with internal marketplace and advertising partners to ensure strategy and execution remain aligned.

This is a client-facing role with real ownership and accountability. Fully remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Own brand-level strategy across Amazon and adjacent marketplaces, including positioning, channel mix, pricing approach, and go-to-market planning
  • Partner with marketplace specialists to ensure catalog accuracy, pricing consistency, and high standards of data quality and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, structured, and proactive communication
  • Lead forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment discussions to support revenue and operational targets
  • Collaborate with paid media partners to align ACOS / TACOS targets with broader business goals
  • Present performance updates and strategic insights in clear, decision-ready formats—written and verbal
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams

You Should Apply If

  • You have 3–4+ years of experience managing brands across Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
  • You’ve spent 1–2+ years in a client-facing role, communicating strategy and performance to senior stakeholders
  • You have experience with digital assets including A+ / EBC content, SEO, copywriting, and parent-child variations
  • You have a strong understanding of core eCommerce metrics and how they translate to business outcomes
  • Experience with Walmart.com or other marketplaces is a plus
  • You’re comfortable building processes and reporting that scale across brands
  • You communicate clearly, without jargon or unnecessary complexity
  • You’re a self-starter with strong ownership instincts and follow-through
  • You push for clarity—always
