The Role

We’re looking for a strategic Affiliate Program Manager to own Amazon affiliate programs from strategy through execution.

In this role, you’ll design and operate creator-driven growth programs that connect brands with high-performing creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll guide brands through clear decision-making, coordinate creator campaigns, and work closely with internal partners to ensure affiliate programs consistently generate incremental Amazon revenue.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with real ownership and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Own Amazon affiliate strategy across Creator Connections, Levanta, and other affiliate platforms
• Plan and execute creator campaigns designed to drive measurable Amazon revenue
• Identify, recruit, and activate creators aligned with brand audiences and products
• Coordinate campaign briefs, product seeding, and creator activations
• Monitor program performance weekly, identifying opportunities to improve creator output and sales impact
• Build clear, actionable reporting that translates creator activity into revenue insights
• Guide clients on affiliate strategy, campaign structure, and creator partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliate programs align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
• Continuously improve program performance by identifying top creators, formats, and campaign structures that convert

You Should Apply If

• You have 2–4+ years of affiliate, influencer, or creator partnerships experience
• You understand how creators drive commerce on Amazon and social platforms
• You’re comfortable owning client relationships end-to-end
• You’re organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• You’re analytical and comfortable working in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience with Amazon Creator Connections, Levanta, or other affiliate platforms is a strong plus
• You communicate clearly and directly, without jargon or fluff
• You take ownership and follow through
