We’re looking for a Brand Manager to own day-to-day catalog, inventory, and executional work across Amazon for a portfolio of consumer brands. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Leads and internal specialists to ensure listings are accurate, inventory is healthy, promotions are executed cleanly, and performance insights are surfaced clearly. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over operational quality. Fully remote.
What You’ll Do
Catalog & Listing Management
- Maintain high standards of catalog accuracy across Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Update PDPs, upload creatives, and implement listing optimizations including copy, imagery, and A+ / EBC content
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and manage parent-child variations to improve discoverability
- Run A/B tests on listings and implement learnings
- Identify and resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account health issues
- Open and manage support cases related to catalog or listing errors
Inventory & Promotions
- Build and maintain inventory, replenishment, and forecasting reports
- Support FBA and FBM SKU setup and ongoing operational execution
- Set up and manage promotions, including coupons, Subscribe & Save, and brand-specific offers
- Build and monitor attribution links to support performance tracking
Performance & Insights
- Analyze item- and category-level performance to surface actionable insights
- Monitor competitive dynamics, consumer behavior, and category trends
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales velocity, and operational efficiency
Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to align execution with broader brand strategy
- Support creative briefs for PDP images, A+, and storefront updates
- Ensure seasonal and promotional initiatives are implemented accurately and on time
You Should Apply If
- You have 2–3+ years of hands-on Amazon Brand Management experience
- You’re fluent in Seller Central and Vendor Central workflows
- You have a strong grasp of eCommerce metrics, SEO, catalog optimization, and A+ / EBC content
- You’ve worked with inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and promotions
- Experience with keyword tools like Helium 10 is a plus
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues
- You’re comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Walmart.com or other marketplaces is a plus
- Agency-side experience is a bonus
